ReKYC

As per RBI guidelines on KYC norms, Banks need to periodically update KYC documents in the records of their account holders.
Therefore, in addition to the KYC carried out at the time of account opening, the account holders are required to undergo ReKYC and submit the requisite documents at periodic intervals, to avoid any restriction being placed in the account as per guidelines.

ReKYC through Video Call

  • Complete your ReKYC (Periodical Updation of KYC) through a video call

ReKYC through SMS

  • Send an SMS to 8277892003 from your registered mobile number in the following format

    REKYC<space>Customer ID/ Account Number.

    On successful update, you will receive an SMS in return.

ReKYC through eMail

  • Send an email from your registered email address to rekyc@keralagbank.com in the following format

    REKYC<space>Customer ID/ Account Number.

    On successful update, you will receive an SMS in return.
  • Complete your ReKYC (Periodical Updation of KYC) through a video call
  • Send an SMS to 8277892003 from your registered mobile number in the following format

    REKYC<space>Customer ID/ Account Number.

    On successful update, you will receive an SMS in return.
  • Send an email from your registered email address to rekyc@keralagbank.com in the following format

    REKYC<space>Customer ID/ Account Number.

    On successful update, you will receive an SMS in return.
