  • Total Project cost less margin
  • Minimum loan amount should be Rs. 10 lakhs

    • Margin

  • A margin of 50% needs to be invested by the borrower.
  • In eligible basis, margin may be relaxed upto 30% on merit.

  • Guarantee of a credit worthy person.
  • Equitable Mortgage of landed property of value not less than 200% of loan amount.
