E-KYC

E-KYC refers to Electronic Know Your Customer.
Unlike conventional KYC, eKYC uses Aadhaar based authentication to confirm the credentials of a customer.
KGB has launched the Aadhaar based eKYC mode of account opening service aimed at financial inclusion.
With the launch of this service, we have eliminated strenuous filling of account opening forms.
For opening of account, customer needs to provide his/her Aadhaar number and authenticate using fingerprint.
Details available with Aadhaar are fetched to the account opening form.
Customer needs to provide additional information like nominee.
The account is opened instantly without filling any form.
Passbook and ATM card will be available from the branch.
